We cylindrically grind carbide with help of different type machines. That is why we can offer multiple machining options with our grinding service. Our grinding shop enables the cylindrical grinding of all our caribde rods and preforms. Besides that, we can also grind blanks to the required specifications or custom drawings. The cylindrical grinding is very precise.

Standard machining options

Cutting

In our grinding shop is a cutting machine among others. That is why we can custom cut all our carbide. It makes sure that we can offer carbide blanks with specific lengths on customer requirement up to 330 mm.

Weldon

To make Weldon flats is a standard machining option of our grinding service. Therefore we have carbide blanks and rods with Weldon flats in stock. These are also available on our online shop.

Chamfers

To make chamfers is also a standard machining option in our grinding service. Therefore we have carbide rods as well as carbide blanks with chamfers in stock. These are also available in our online shop.

Laserservice

If required we also offer a laserservice. We can laser our al carbide materials. We can provide it with EAN codes, serial- and matrix numbers. This makes sure all our material can be traced at all times. Besides that we can also laser any symbol or logo on our carbide products.
